By offering full service machining, we have the capability of evaluating each part and determining the most suitable combination of manufacturing methods for your specific application. Variables include: size, quantity, geometry, tolerances, and metal type.

Our machine shop includes two Cincinnati VMC 1000 machine centers, each having 4th axis capability, two Mori Seiki Duracenters, two Brother TC S2C-O and one Fadal VMC 4020 CNC state-of-the-art control systems. We have specifically tailored our machine shop for the requirements of prototyping. Machine features include multi-fixture capability, tool height probes, and Computerized Measuring Machine (CMM) surface sensing probes. Three of the machines can handle parts as large as 40”X22”X20”. This large capacity allows us to set-up several castings at one time, and through the use of our probing system, we can locate and machine each metal casting accurately and efficiently.
